~ Holy Yoga Flow ~
Revitalizing and fun class set to up beat worship and praise music. All levels of practice for new through advanced students. Class format is moderately paced and will provide opportunity to explore poses in as much depth as desired with emphasis on breath. Modifications and variations will be given during the practice.
